Blogs are a very useful way to keep in touch with your clients. Post unlimited blogs with photos and standard formatting. You have the option of allowing your visitors to post comments so you can get useful feedback about what they're thinking. This is also a very effective way to remain popular in search engine results. Blog posts can even be accessed in RSS feeds.

Keep your site fresh by updating text in different parts of the site. Leave a brief message on the home page or a note on another page. It's up to you.
CONTACT NOTIFICATION
When user submits the contact form, be notified instantly via email, SMS or cell phone.
OPT-IN MAILING LIST
When users submit your contact form, they can click on a checkbox stating that they would like to join your mailing list. As an added layer of security, a verification email will be sent back to them with a clickable link. Upon clicking, they will officially become "opt-in" customers. Your mailing list can also be exported for use in direct mail initiatives or email campaigns.
GOOGLE MAP INTEGRATION
Your properties are plotted on an area map with color-coded icons distinguishing the listing status (i.e. new, sold, under contract, etc). Users can interact with the map by zooming, dragging, changing to satellite imagery, and much more. Area schools and CTA stations can be overlaid on the map to show proximity from properties to points of interest.
MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS
As the administrator of the site, you can set up user accounts giving access to employees so they can also maintain the site. Different privilege levels can be applied depending on which parts of the administration you want to give access to (ex, an employee can update the listings, but not have access to billing, if so desired).
FEATURED PROPERTIES
Sometimes you might have a development with multiple properties that you want to give special attention to. A featured property can be set up to showcase the properties. It is basically like a mini web site, and can even have a distinctive design that is different from the rest of your site. Additional domain names can be requested so that the user goes directly to the featured properties when they use that domain name. It's like getting multiple web sites in one.
CLIENT LOGIN
Selling agents have the tools available to supply open house notes and CMA reports to clients. You can set up accounts for clients so they can log in at any time to view info that you post. Add "showing notes" whenever you have a showing or open house. Upload a CMA report so they can view it at any time.
STATS
View site stats to find out where people are coming from and what they are searching for. Also view property stats to see which properties people are viewing on your site. This allows you to see which listings are more "popular" and is a good indicator that other properties might need greater attention.
CONTROL PANEL
Access all of your site administration under one roof. Manage listings, testimonials, resource links, contacts, billing and much more. Access advanced features such as meta tags, page titles and other system configurations. Any changes are reflected instantly on the site, including contact info (for when your email address or phone number changes).
ADDITIONAL MEDIA
Each listing comes with a printable flyer and the option to display multiple photos. But why stop there? Add a virtual tour, floor plans and PDF brochure. Your clients will have plenty of information at their fingertips to help them in their property search.
RENTAL / LEASE PROPERTIES
If you have rental or lease properties, you may showcase them on a different page, separate from your other listings. This allows you to target different audiences, while still maintaining them in the same place as your other properties.
CO-LISTING
I have come up with a solution to co-listing properties, which makes it easier for both agents to maintain. If each agent has a site on my system, they can share the listings. Instead of keeping separate listings info, changes will be reflected on both sites. This way, both can make changes and save each other time. Don't worry about editing a listing at the same time--while one person is editing, it is locked to any other agents until editing is finished. This prevents agents from over-writing info.
MOBILE LISTINGS
Never be without your listing data. Access it via your mobile phone or PDA. It comes in handy while doing showings or when you don't have a listing sheet in front of you. Another handy suggestion for this feature is to display your mobile web address on your listing signage. Passers-by can then access the listing info via their cell phone right from the sidewalk. Your other listings and contact info are also displayed.
RSS FEEDS
Always have your listings in your browser bookmarks or favorite RSS reader. Your users can access your up-to-date listings and blog postings without even going to your site.
MLS GRAB
Listings are automatically added and/or updated when your listings change in the MLS. Save time by not having to maintain multiple copies of your listings. The MLS data is fed in to your site where you can maintain control of what displays on your site. In other words, you can have complete control or just let it do its thing. It's up to you!
MORTGAGE RATES
Keep your site fresh with new content. Add national mortgage rates. See the home page for a working example.
CALCULATOR
Give your clients the ability to easily calculate their mortgage payments. Each listing detail page loads with the property's details filled in and pre-calculated. They don't even have to click on anything if they don't want to!
SUB DOMAINS
Give your clients a little extra attention with their own branded subdomain. For example, 1234Roscoe.yoursite.com. Notice that your domain name stays in the url, so you get recognition too.
DYNAMIC LISTING FLYER
Each listing has a link to a printable flyer with all the details on one convenient page. Not only is it handy for home-buyers to print, but can also come in handy for your open house flyers. Simply click and print.
